When the motor block is worn or breaks down, it must be replaced quickly so that it does not affect the operation of the 8STREME 5310 ROBOT POOL and does not cause the 8STREME 5310 ROBOT POOL to wear out more quickly.

The tools to use

To replace the roller, you will need :

  • Phillips screwdriver
  • An engine key

Spare parts

Please find attached the link to purchase the motor unit for the 8STREME 5310 SWIMMING POOL ROBOT: https://8streme.eu/produit/moteur-de-pompe-51400/

The replacement procedure

The first step is to unplug your 8STREME 5310 POOL ROBOT before proceeding with any replacement.

To remove the motor, open the food processor by pressing the push button on the front of the processor, then lift the lid until you hear a "click" on the hinges to lock the lid in place.

Next, remove the four screws on the inside of the robot that hold the pump motor top bracket in place and pull it out.

Then remove the pump outlet valves on each side by unscrewing the three small screws.

Then unscrew the two screws holding the motor to the bracket and remove the motor.

Unscrew the black motor nut using the motor key and remove the floating cable.

Keep all the parts to one side.

To fit the new motor, plug the floating cable into the new motor unit and screw the black nut onto the motor using the motor key.

Replace the motor unit in the top bracket and tighten the two screws holding the motor unit in place.

Replace the pump outlet valves by tightening the three small screws.

Replace the upper support on the robot and screw it back in place using the four screws on the inside.
