The 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 SWIMMING POOL ROBOT will no longer start.

My 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 SWIMMING POOL ROBOT won't start? It doesn't work? It doesn't work? It won't switch on?

1/ Check the power supply

Please check that the transformer is working.

When you plug in the transformer, the blue LED will light up continuously, indicating that the power supply is operating normally.

If no LED lights up, the transformer is not powered up.

Check that the wall socket is powered. If it is, you will probably need to replace the transformer.

When the blue light is on, you can flip the switch on the side of the transformer to the right, then click the power button above to start it up. A red light should come on to indicate that the cleaning cycle has started and will remain on until the cycle is complete.

If the light stays on and the red light does not come on, the transformer is not powered up.

Check that the wall socket is powered. If it is, you will probably need to replace the transformer.

If both LEDs go out, there is a problem with the power supply or connection. Please check that the cable connections are correct, watertight and inserted in the right direction.

2/ Check the electrical connection

If the blue and red lights on the transformer are on, but the lights on the float are off, please check that the cable connections are correct, watertight and inserted the right way round.

When the cables are correctly connected, the blue LED on the float lights up continuously to indicate that power is reaching the float.

If no light comes on, the float is not powered.

Please check that you have switched on the transformer and that the floating cable between the transformer and the float is correctly connected.

If all is well, the floating cable or float will probably have to be replaced.

When the blue light is on, the green light should come on when the robot pump is operating. This light does not come on when the ROBOT PISCINE 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 has completed its cleaning cycle or during certain phases of the appliance's operation (e.g. after climbing the walls).

If the green light does not come on, the robot pump is not powered.

Please check that you have switched on the transformer and that the floating cable between the float and the robot is correctly connected. You can also check that the red LED at the float outlet is lit by unscrewing the floating cable between the float and the robot.

If the blue and red lights are on, but the green light is not on, you will need to replace the float cable or float.

If the blue light is the only one on, the float probably needs replacing.

We recommend that you check the condition of your connection plugs, to see if there are any signs of oxidation. If a plug is oxidised, replacement is highly recommended.
