The 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 SWIMMING POOL ROBOT does not suck up debris.

My 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 SWIMMING POOL ROBOT does not suck up debris, dirt, impurities, dust or particles? Is the dirt blown back by the turbine? Is my pool still dirty after using the robot?

1/ Check the compatibility of the ROBOT POOL 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 with your pool

Please check that your ROBOT POOL 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 is compatible with your model, type and lining of your swimming pool.

Please note that our 8STREME 7310 and 8STREME 7320 POOL ROBOTS do not climb stairs.

Please note that the 8STREME 7310 and 8STREME 7320 PISIC ROBOTS have a filter fineness of 0.59mm and with the fine filter of 50 microns. Particles smaller than 50 microns will be rejected by the turbine.

 

2/ Check your pool water treatment

Incorrect water treatment can affect the operation of your 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 ROBOT POOL.

Check that your water is at the right temperature. This should be between 5 and 36°C.

We recommend that you check that your pH is at the right level. The optimum pH is between 7.2 and 7.4.

If you have a chlorine pool, the optimum chlorine content is between 2 and 3 ppm.

If you have a salt pool, the NaCl content should be between 2700 and 4500 ppm.

We invite you to check that there is no algae (green or transparent) in your pool. Our 8STREME 7310 and 8STREME 7320 POOL ROBOTS are designed to make pool maintenance easier. However, they are not designed to clean algae. Please treat your pool before using the 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 ROBOT POOL CLEANER.

Check that there are no greasy deposits on the walls. If so, use a hand brush to remove them.

3/ Check the power supply and electrical connection

If the 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 POOL ROBOT does not suck up debris, it is possible that there is no or insufficient power being transmitted to the 7310, 8STREME 7320 POOL ROBOT.

We invite you to check that the transformer is working and that the cable connections are correct, watertight and inserted in the right direction.

We recommend that you check the condition of your connection plugs, to see if there are any signs of oxidation. If a plug is oxidised, replacement is highly recommended.

 

4/ Check that there are no foreign objects in the way of the 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 POOL ROBOT.

If the 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 SWIMMING POOL ROBOT does not suck up debris, it is possible that a foreign object is obstructing the movement of the 8STREME 7310, 8STREME 7320 SWIMMING POOL ROBOT.

Please check that there are no foreign objects in the turbine above the motor, in the brushes or belts under the robot and on the sides.

You should also check the condition of your robot's wheels, rollers, brushes and transmission belts.

Tiled floors can cause faster wear to brushes and drive belts. Please check this regularly.

If these are worn or broken, please replace them.

Check that the dirt collection basket is securely attached and that it is not full. If it is, empty and clean it. Also clean the fine filter if it is clogged.
